They may have fixed that issue now though. In my own experience CZ quality has deteriorated drastically in the last years, as has their customer service. Others may have had better 'luck' but luck is not something I would want to gamble on when it comes to firearm quality, esp when it comes to once-but-no-longer overall excellence.
Good 'luck' with your choice.
Range Report: VP9, vs P10c, vs TP9SF Elite
I'd say the G19 Gen 5. I don't really like the front cutout, but I have big hands. Otherwise it hands great and the trigger is pretty good right from the factory. It's just as long and gritty as the originals, but has a cleaner break and reset.
They're solid guns though, nothing I dislike about them is functional, it's all just personal preference. The P10C I wanted to like, and did at first, but the one I fired broke to the point of needing total replacement after rounds. Google it and you'll find a plethora of problems with the pistol.
It turns out that great trigger and ergonomics and dirt cheap MSRP come at a price. CZ has really skimped on the quality control and made some questionable design choices. I personally wouldn't trust one as a defensive pistol currently. Give it time for them to iron out the bugs.
Even if you have to fired them all, have you handled them? That might help you decide. I've owned all 3.After several years of hard work, production of CZ pistols is in full swing at our Kansas City headquarters.
For sights, US-made Ps feature a single tritium lamp in the front with a large orange surround and a serrated black rear. The Optics-Ready version of the P ships with a blank filler plate. Also available are matching sights that allow the user to co-witness their optic dot with the irons. One change that happens on both the US-made and Czech-made Ps is the switch to a swappable magazine release. With a change in geometry, the goal was to eliminate the stiffness some customers experienced as the magazine release broke in, even though it became smooth after some use.
This new reversible release just requires a few minutes to swap, allowing the P to remain lefty-friendly. These US-made Ps retain all the features that have made them a resounding success — the crisp trigger, superior ergonomics and rugged reliability that set it apart from many in the striker-fired crowd.
Dirk — February 12, :. Non-Optic ready P10s. Love it. I still shoot big brother Phantom better. Striker fired trigger fairly new for me but it is smooth and has a short reset. Good job CZ! Papa Giorgio — January 11, :. Have been carrying this as my EDC for over 6 months now. Roughly rounds through it so far, and not a single malfunction. The irons are amazing but the rear sight is sharp and eats my shirts up. Choices for replacement irons are very limited.
All in all great shooter! How to know if someone saved your number on telegram
Will be adding a Holosun t in the very near future. James Lochard — December 22, :. Its performance on the range was flawless. Highly accurate soft recoil and not one misfire after 1, rounds to date. I also own the its big brother the p10C which is also a fabulous pistol.Firearm ownership has a long tradition in the Czech Republic and, in many respects, gun laws are less restrictive than elsewhere in the European Union EU. Gun licenses are obtained in a manner similar to procuring a driving license.
A proficiency exam must be passed and the applicant is required to have a medical exam, in addition to a clean criminal history record. Additionally, the vast majority of Czech gun owners retain firearms for protection, with hunting and sport shooting being secondary. Originally based in Oakhurst, California, the headquarters and warehouse facility eventually moved to Kansas City, Kansas, in where it remains headquartered today.
It has continued to enjoy success undoubtedly due to this pistol seeking U.
Unavailability of better sights and magazine extensions have simply prevented the P from being a more popular pistol. I imagined that a lot of others would like to see a longer sight radius and increased capacity, but no one seemed to be talking about these features.Xstrata vendor application form
Two changes are outwardly visible, while a third is internal. The grip is shorter than other subcompacts in this class as well, but CZ undercut the triggerguard in a way that still fits those with larger hands. The new front sight is fixed. The rear sight is almost perfect, being black and serrated. A blank filler plate over the optic platform cut has caused the rear sight base to be set back and shortened.
Nobody wants costs to rise for parts they might never use, and CZ recognizes this. CZ indicates that other optic plates are being developed. I would venture to suggest that these sights are also sufficient for use with suppressor-ready models.
The crisp trigger remains, as do the good ergonomics and three interchangeable backstraps. Now common to all U. I consider myself mechanically inclined, but I could not figure out how to change the direction of the release button after multiple failed attempts. Forced to resort to the manual, I found no mention of a reversible release. An internet search generally yields something, but it too refused to provide any instruction on how to change its direction.
If you have a Kydex holster for a C model already, the new S model will fit with room to spare. The Theta trigger for the CZ P10 is a flat faced trigger that reduces pre-travel take up by 4mm with respect to the factory trigger. There are no adjustable screws or failure points, the pre-travel reduction is achieved through solid geometry that is machined into the body of the trigger.
It breaks clean with about 4. Our triggers are precision machined from billet aluminum, available in several colors, and of course all components made in the USA. If you have made it this far into the description of our P10 triggers, you are really doing your research!

I left the CZ striker spring in place as I was already getting trigger pulls between 4 lb 6 oz to 4 lb 8 oz. The HB Ind trigger shoe by itself dropped it to 3 lb 15 oz on my Lyman gauge, which is perfect for me. This also seems to have remedied the trigger finger pinch and blister through several hundred dry fires and a short range session. Look no further than this trigger. Great video to guide us with, as always.
CZ P-10 Handgun Review: Models C, S and F
Keep up the great work……and taking my money, lol. David M. The stock trigger is awesome and great right out of the box but the Theta trigger is other worldly. Curt verified owner — September 24, Great Theta trigger for the cz p10c. Super smooth and sick reset. Would recommend it to all cz p10c owners.
HB Industries keep up the good work. Brent — October 6, I was a fan of the stock P10c trigger out of the box and was not planning on replacing it until I saw the HB theta. Installation was simple and the on line video spot on.
The new trigger completely changed the feel of P10 and eliminated a lot of the pre-travel.
TLX verified owner — October 22, I love the look of the trigger and the smoothness of the pull and reset. Only gave 4 stars because my finger keeps getting pinched.
CW verified owner — November 26, Nicely made trigger, with easy installation!!! Do you anticipate any competition trigger kits in the future? Mike verified owner — December 12, What a HUGE improvement! I bought the burnt orange and installed the 3 lb. A fantastic upgrade to a really nice pistol. The shooting world is seemingly still overrun with 9mm, striker-fired, polymer-based, semi-automatic pistols. The P10c was first in the line of several weapons carrying the P10 name.
After the success of the P10c, CZ came out with the P10s for subcompact and the P10f for full-size in Wink wink, nudge nudge. The concept behind these was pretty straightforward: CZ makes good weapons, and it was looking for a way to break into the synthetic-materials market. However, due to low sales numbers, they were both discontinued around To their credit, CZ decided to go about it a different way, releasing the compact version first.
This way, they let shooters know they were about now, and what it is they had in store for the future. It was kind of refreshing, in a way. An optics-ready OR version of the P10 series is now available, spanking new for Machined mounting plates, option for co-witness, and the fact that the OR versions are made right here in the US — these all contribute to the likeability of these newer models. Another difference is that the mag release button has been improved on. A downside is that the mag release is no longer ambi, and that the interchangeability of magazines is not guaranteed.
Also available are the suppressor ready versions, which include a threaded barrel and higher night sights. Since the P10c was designed to compete head-on with the Glock 19the build is pretty similar.
It is polymer-based, glass fiber-reinforced, striker-fired, and it has a stainless steel slide. Designed inthe company worked on it for a while, releasing it in As one poignant forum-writer put it: this thing took everything that was good about the Glock 19 and made it better.
That said, I personally do not feel there is something which makes the P10c a significantly better weapon than the Glock You want that natural feel, decent accuracy, high capacity, with the option of hiding it in plain sight.Xxx video yan matan arewa taba nono
I mean, the gun has some things which make it a little different the deeper beavertail, the nitride finish, and several backstraps for adjustabilitybut overall they are very similar, from the look and feel right down to the takedown process. Another noteworthy point is that there is a pretty good factory trigger on this gun. The only thing I would change right from the beginning is the sights.
Review: The CZ P10 S Pistol
I would black out the rear sights, and turn it into a one-dot. It seems that is what CZ did with the OR models, and that is a good idea. Better than Glock? I feel they are too similar for me to make the call. But it certainly seems to be on par, as far as functionality and performance are concerned. For that kind of price, which is reasonable for such a weapon, you get a lot of value.Since then, the market for black striker-fired auto pistols has only gotten larger and more densely packed.
But the P10 C continues to stand out for its superior set of out-of-the-box features and its above-average ergonomics. From its inception, the P10 C was meant to be the first in a family of striker guns.
This change in provenance includes some additional upgrades for the end user. Namely improved grip texture, improved trigger, and some increased parts commonality between the three models. We also noticed that barrel lock-up was better and there was some differences with the recoil system. P10 S mags put 12 rounds on tap, giving it an endurance factor beyond many of its same-size competitors. There was minimal stacking and zero over-travel.
Now, among new models, the different size mags can be interchanged. But if you own an original P10 C, you might have to spend some coin on new gas tanks if you make the jump to a new-manufacture pistol. We spent a few weeks playing with our P10 S and ran a handful of different rounds through it from grain Magtech target loads to Federal HST Micro grain slugs and had no issues whatsoever.
The factory iron sights are metal, configured with a serrated, plain black rear and a tritium front. The rear notch is nice and wide, making snap sight pictures a cinch. But this is far from a belly gun. We were able to hit 6-inch steel out to 20 yards with a gun almost small enough to palm — a testament to the aforementioned iron-clad lockup. We handed this gun off to several regular range buddies who were all able to repeat similar results, keeping rounds in the A-box at distances well beyond what most people will see with a pistol of this size.
Neither one would fit the shorter dust cover, but we imagine a small light sized for sub pistols would have better success. Mag pouches are a slightly different story. The magazines fit, but sit nearly flush in the pouches we had. The P10 S, while not as soft-shooting as its larger siblings, lacked the jarring muzzle flip of other guns in this weight class. It was introduced in after development that began in CZ P C has a mechanically and thermally stable polymer frame reinforced with glass fiber and three interchangeable backstraps.
CZ P C is a direct competitor to Glock The P C is the first striker-fired pistol manufactured by CZ.Raidbots classic wow
The P C is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol. This type of trigger system prevents the firearm from discharging unless the trigger is fully depressed, even if the pistol is dropped. Other safety features include a firing pin block which mechanically obstructs the firing pin.
This pistol does not feature a magazine disconnect which prevents it from being fired when the magazine is withdrawn. The frame is made out of a fiber-reinforced polymer while the slide is made of stainless steel. The slide and magazine releases are ambidextrous.
The barrel is cold hammer-forged steel with a black nitride finish. The trigger guard is large to fit a variety of finger widths and to allow for shooting while wearing gloves. The trigger guard is undercut for a more ergonomic fit. The P C factory trigger has a short reset which is tactile and audible.Titan mod menu gta 5 download
A new P C pistol from CZ comes in a lockable plastic case with a carrying handle, three backstraps, two round magazines, a cable lock, cleaning brush and rod, and the owner's manual. The grips are polymer and come in three different sizes; they slide on a rail and a pin locks the grip to the frame.
In Septemberreporters got a look at a new model of the P C pistol. This new version is optics ready but has a plate available to cover the milling if no optics are added. The rear sights and viewfinder were updated for better shooting accuracy. And, the bilateral magazine release buttons have been replaced by one larger button that can be reversed.
